At Royal Filtration, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy below.


Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Returns must be approved before items are sent back.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Installed systems or products that have been used.

  • Custom-installed filtration systems.

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.

  • Clearance or special-order items (unless defective).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.


Installation Services

Installation services are non-refundable once completed. Any issues related to installation workmanship will be handled according to our service warranty.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
